What if I require getting the status of my goods/consignment daily?
APML has provided online tracking platform on its website/mobile application from where you can track the status of your consignment anytime. By entering your consignment details, you will get the information about your consignment.
If I’ve been charged extra than the final quotation provided. What procedure do you follow in this regard?
We only charge for the final quotation which has been provided to you at the time of your survey. No extra money is charged before and after your relocation other than the quoted one.
What safety measures do you own if the goods being relocated are heavy?
With the help of safety belts, we secure the electronic or heavy items to a position with the walls of our Carriers. These safety harnesses provide a firm grasp to the luggage so fixated, which saves them from getting damage at the time when the carriers are brought to a halt or during a mishap.
How many days before my relocation do I need to contact you to get your services?
APML gives you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 15 days in advance, so that you have efficient time to plan ahead.
I get free from my job at 7.00 p.m. So can I call you after office hours for any query??

How long will it take to complete my move?
There are a number of factors that may impact the time it takes to complete a home removal. Of course the amount of goods, the distance they are moving and the ease of access all play a part too, but as always we’ll do our best to complete a removal in a timely and safe manner.

Yes, we do. We provide only high quality packaging material to pack your goods, which ensures the safety and durability and minimizes the risk of goods getting damaged.
